Quick 2017 Update:

• We’ve upgraded to Pipedrive for our CRM (from Close.io), with three pipelines: Nurture, Sign, Deliver. Same great email integration, much better for tracking our pipeline
• We never ended up using Bill.com, because it’s an absolutely awful service and for the handful of clients that want to use ACH, we just send them our bank details on the invoice
